The fee we charge for unsecured ELLOCs is 12.5% of its face value.

For example: if your landlord requires $5,000 for coverage protection, and he/she accepts Ease2Lease's unsecured ELLOC as an alternative for your security deposit, you only have to pay a one-time, non-refundable fee of $625.

($5,000 x 12.5% = $625)

Now, keep in mind that this is not an excuse to cause excessive damages or stop paying rent on your newly rented place—you’re still responsible for any damages (outside from normal "Wear and tear" damages) as well as any unpaid rent.

Secured ELLOCs do not have any administrative, or servicing cost. The only amount required from tenant is the actual collateral (money) that would guarantee the secured ELLOC.
