During our initial roll out phase, we would only consider applications from applicants that meet the following criteria:
- US Citizen or permanent resident.
- Credit score at or above 640.
- Must be currently working (or self-employed).
- Property to be rented needs to be located in South East Florida (Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach county).
- Requested coverage should not exceed $10,000.
