Ease2Lease allows landlord users the flexibility to ask for the "Right" amount of coverage protection against excessive damages and/or unpaid rent. However, please know that excessive or above-normal protection coverage request can turn prospect tenants away (or at least make it more difficult for them to qualify for our an ELLOC). Therefore, we recommend one to two month's the rent amount as the proper protection coverage for your investment property.
