The ELLOC is good for the entire length on the original lease (normally one year). If the lease is a multi-year lease and the renter has an unsecured ELLOC, an annual renewal fee of $100 will be charged to maintain the unsecured ELLOC active. ELLOCs can be renew at the end of each lease period (subject to review).
